Willoq and patacancha are communities that still keep alive the Inca culture, at this time they dress in a traditional way with costumes made by them maintaining their culture that they inherited from the times of the Incas, Willoq and Patacanch are located in the Ollantaytambo district.

Patacancha has as its main activity handicraft weaving made by hand from the process that wash alpaca wool to the process in which a garment is woven, many of the tourists appreciate the art. This tour lasts for half a day between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The tour begins in ollantaytambo we will travel for 20 minutes in a private van in the route you can see the beautiful landscape of the valley some ruin in natural state Andean animals and in fact the houses of the comuneros are adobe and ichu when we get to the community the comuneros will receive us with a warm and friendly greeting to be able to explain all the detail of the fabric, many of the tourists appreciate the quality of the work done in this community since they are pieces of excellent quality.
Once we finish appreciating the whole process what they want they can buy the garments they offer is a way to help them to keep the culture alive in the area.

Then we will get ready to board the van and return to Ollantaytambo.
