Itinerary of the Salkantay Hike Tour to the Blue Lagoon of Humantay Departure and Morning Trip:

• We will start early, at 4 AM, with pick up at your hotel  the city of Cusco.
• The initial journey offers stunning views of the mountains, passing through picturesque local communities and corn fields.

Arrival in Soraypampa:

• After approximately 3 hours of travel, we will arrive at Soraypampa, at an altitude of 3800 meters / 12,460 feet.
• Here, surrounded by imposing mountains and valleys, we will enjoy a delicious breakfast prepared by our team of hikers to recharge our energy before starting the hike.

Ascent to the Blue Lagoon of Humantay:

• The uphill walk along the Salkantay trek will take between 1½ and 2 hours.
• Our guide will share knowledge about the local flora and fauna, with strategic stops to capture perfect photos of the snow-capped peaks.
